Privacy policy

What data we collect

Through the contact and scheduling forms at /asesoria-tecnica (Spanish-only consulting service) we collect: name, email, company, database engine, message, and optionally phone number.

Purchase data (delivery email, country, product purchased, license) is received from the Merchant of Record that processes the payment — not directly from a card form on this site.

What we do not store

This site does not request or store card numbers, CVV, passwords, backups, private keys, or credentials of any system, through any form or checkout.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and, depending on configuration, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure visits and campaigns. These tools may use cookies or local browser storage. See /us/cookies for details.

Your country/language preference is saved in local browser storage (localStorage), not on a server.

Payment processor / Merchant of Record

Guide purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. That provider is responsible for card processing, invoicing, and the tax compliance associated with that sale.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the business request. Purchase data is retained according to the Merchant of Record’s policy and applicable tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your contact data by writing to [email protected].

International transfers

Tools such as Google Analytics/Ads and the Merchant of Record may process data outside your country of residence, under their own privacy policies.
