Terms and conditions

Nature of the product

ConsultorDBA guides are digital products (PDF documents and complementary files). They do not include running the procedure on the buyer’s servers, unless the technical advisory service is contracted separately.

Delivery

Delivery is digital, by email, handled by the payment platform (Merchant of Record) once payment is confirmed.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The content of each guide is the property of ConsultorDBA. Purchase grants a usage license (individual, team, or enterprise, depending on what was purchased) — it does not transfer ownership of the content.

Resale and public or private redistribution of the guides outside the limits of the purchased license is prohibited.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for validating each procedure in a lab or non-production environment before applying it to production. ConsultorDBA is not responsible for damages resulting from applying a procedure without that validation.

Differences between lab and production

Procedures are documented on the specific versions, operating systems, and configurations indicated in each guide. Environment differences may require adjustments not literally covered by the document.

Support and updates

Included support and update policy vary by guide and are indicated on each product’s page. Purchasing a guide does not include live execution support unless explicitly stated.

Availability

A product marked "Coming soon," "Updating," or "Unavailable" cannot be purchased. The catalog may change without notice while content is in preparation.
